All rights to the photos generated using our Services belong to you. We will not use your generated photos in advertisements or expose your name or photos anywhere. You retain all copyrights to the generated photos and can use these for personal and commercial usage, perpetually.

a. Violates any applicable law or regulation;
b. Infringes the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other proprietary rights;
c. Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading;

e. Interferes with the operation or security of our Services;
f. Attempts to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Services.
7. Payments and Refunds
We do not offer refunds once you made a payment. By making a payment, you therefore agree not to request a refund.
