This guide will show you how to create consistent AI Headshots with our Teams product. Watch the video or read the instructions below.

Step 1: Set-up a team project

  • Login to studio.tryitonai.com and go to "Teams"

  • Create a new project and name it something your team will recognize

Step 2: Set-up a portrait style

You have two options, either choose from our portrait library or upload your own style. Each staff you send a photoshoot to will get 20 AI Headshots, so we suggest not to have more than 5 portrait styles per gender selected. When you upload your own style, here are the steps:

  1. Upload a high quality portrait for a woman and a man

  2. Describe the clothing and background. If you want a specific color and outfit then type something like "navy tailored suit with a blue tie and a tailored white shirt", if you want each staff to get a big variety then write something more general like "business outfit"

  3. If you want the background to be exactly the same (this means no variation in natural shadows and light), then upload a Static Background image.

Step 3: Purchase & Sent Photoshoots to staff

You can purchase just one to start or 50 to get discounts. Photoshoots don't expire, so you can use them anytime. All invoices and receipts are in your Billing & Credits page. Once you have your photoshoots purchased, go back to your Team project and click to invite a team member. You can upload a CSV or send out the invite one by one. Your recipient will then be able to login and click on "Claim photoshoot". Staff will not be ale to view your team project, unless you invite them to be a project admin. Step 4: Viewing & Editing Results

Once your staff member uploaded their selfies, it will take 10-15 minutes to view the results. You can edit the results by clicking on "AI Edits" and do things like increase image size, remove wrinkles, add/remove items like jewellery/ties, and expand image into different directions. Step 5: Downloading Images

You can download each portrait in one size, or in Team Project Settings you can set-up different Download sizes so you can download the same portrait in multiple sizes.

Images are kept for 90 days, so make sure to download them to your own desktop or drive.
